To purchase stainless steel materials (Inox), metal products, steel, aluminum, copper… or to request fabrication services on WWW.BINHTANINOX.COM, please contact our Hotline/Zalo: 028 730 533 39 – 0965 201 304 for consultation before placing your order, ensuring accurate quantity and specifications.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, every day of the week (except public holidays prescribed by law).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Valid Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

A product may be returned or exchanged if:

• The product has technical defects or manufacturer defects

• Delivered products do not match the model, color, size, or brand ordered

• The product does not match the approved design (e.g., CNC laser cutting items based on drawings)

• The product is damaged, scratched, dented, or deformed during transportation

Upon noticing any of the issues above, customers must not accept the shipment and must request the delivery staff to call Hotline/Zalo: 028 730 533 39 – 0965 201 304 to report the issue immediately and request an exchange on the spot.

If customers do not report immediately, they may still request support within 7 days. After 7 days, BINHTANINOX.COM will no longer accept return/exchange requests.
Cases involving manufacturer defects will be processed under the warranty policy with proper verification documents.

2. Return & Exchange Guidelines

• Customers are eligible for a 1-for-1 exchange within 7 days from the purchase date if the product is defective.

• Defective products will be inspected by the technical department to determine whether the fault is from the manufacturer, delivery party, or customer.

• Products must remain in original form: full coil, full sheet, full 6m bar, with intact labels, and in the same condition as delivered. Items that have been cut or altered will not be accepted.

• Required documents include: purchase invoice, product code, delivery slip, receipt, etc.

• Exchanges must be completed within 7 days based on the delivery note and invoice. Beyond 7 days, the return/exchange policy no longer applies.

• If the defect is from the manufacturer, BINHTANINOX.COM will cover all return/exchange costs.

• If the defect is caused by the customer, BINHTANINOX.COM reserves the right to refuse exchanges or may exchange with an additional agreed fee.

• Some products may not be eligible for return/exchange. Our consultants will inform customers clearly when purchasing.

3. Return Location

If the issue is detected during home delivery, please contact Hotline immediately.

Within 7 days, customers may return products directly to:

for exchange processing (provided all required documents and conditions are met).

WARRANTY POLICY

BINHTANINOX.COM is committed to selling genuine, high-quality products and supports warranty services as follows:

• Free 1-for-1 exchange within 7 days for products inconsistent with agreements or contracts.

• 6-month warranty for all products (must remain in original full-sheet, full-coil, full 6m-bar condition with no physical or chemical alteration).

Warranty hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

1. Warranty Conditions

All metal products purchased from BINHTANINOX.COM are eligible for 6 months of free warranty if:

• They remain within the warranty period

• They retain original labels

• There are no signs of physical or chemical interference

2. Cases NOT Covered by Warranty

• Damage caused by the user or through physical/chemical influence (intentional or unintentional)

• Structural changes made by third parties

• Improper or incorrect usage

• Warranty period has expired

• Unauthorized dismantling or modification not performed by BINHTANINOX.COM technicians

3. Warranty Procedure

To process a warranty request:

2. Bring the product directly to BINHTANINOX.COM at the official HCM or HN location

3. Warranty processing will depend on the product’s condition and the manufacturer’s/distributor’s policy

PAYMENT POLICY

When purchasing stainless steel, metals, steels, or fabrication services, customers may choose among the following payment methods:

1. Direct Payment

Pay in cash directly at:
1224 National Highway 1A, Tan Tao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

2. Bank Transfer

Customers transfer 100% of the product value. After confirmation, the delivery service will proceed with shipment.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers may pay after receiving the product.
Note: COD incurs additional shipping and collection fees from the logistics provider.

DELIVERY POLICY

For Customers in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi & Surrounding Areas

Shipping fees and conditions are agreed upon per order.
After order confirmation, BINHTANINOX.COM will carefully pack and deliver products within 1–3 days.

For Customers Nationwide

For customers outside major cities, we offer paid shipping at competitive rates.
Delivery time: 2–7 days, depending on distance and quantity.
Tracking number will be provided for shipment monitoring.

For Remote or Provincial Customers

Nationwide express delivery is available with shipping fees based on carrier rates.
Delivery time: 5–10 days depending on location and quantity.

Before shipment, BINHTANINOX.COM will contact customers to confirm delivery details and fees. Tracking is available via waybill number.
