Working hours:<\/strong> 8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM, every day of the week (except public holidays prescribed by law).<\/p>\n

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY<\/strong><\/h1>\n

1. Valid Conditions for Returns\/Exchanges<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A product may be returned or exchanged if:<\/p>\n

    The product has technical defects or manufacturer defects<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Delivered products do not match the model, color, size, or brand ordered<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The product is damaged, scratched, dented, or deformed during transportation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Upon noticing any of the issues above, customers must not accept the shipment<\/strong> and must request the delivery staff to call Hotline\/Zalo: 028 730 533 39 \u2013 0965 201 304<\/strong> to report the issue immediately and request an exchange on the spot.<\/p>\n

    If customers do not report immediately, they may still request support within 7 days<\/strong>. After 7 days, BINHTANINOX.COM will no longer accept return\/exchange requests.
    Cases involving manufacturer defects will be processed under the warranty policy with proper verification documents.<\/p>\n

    2. Return & Exchange Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Customers are eligible for a 1-for-1 exchange<\/strong> within 7 days from the purchase date if the product is defective.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Defective products will be inspected by the technical department to determine whether the fault is from the manufacturer, delivery party, or customer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Products must remain in original form<\/strong>: full coil, full sheet, full 6m bar, with intact labels, and in the same condition as delivered. Items that have been cut or altered will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Required documents include: purchase invoice, product code, delivery slip, receipt, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Exchanges must be completed within 7 days<\/strong> based on the delivery note and invoice. Beyond 7 days, the return\/exchange policy no longer applies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
