    Requirements & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • \n

      Good communication skills and ability to handle office tasks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Update stock in\/out\/inventory levels and prepare accurate daily inventory reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Answer incoming customer calls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Make outbound calls using the existing customer list to introduce products, follow up, and build customer relationships.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Introduce new products and consult customers based on their needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Receive, confirm, and manage orders; track daily sales performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Coordinate orders with accounting and warehouse departments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Inform customers about delivery timelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Provide product usage consultation and respond to customer inquiries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Prepare daily customer and task reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Attend weekly meetings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Handle customer issues professionally; seek support from department managers when needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience in the metal industry (stainless steel, steel, aluminum, copper, etc.) or mechanical engineering, interior\/exterior finishing is an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n
